Profile Fields and Their Use
Test Name
The test name is the primary identifier for your assessment. It appears in the dashboard, reports, and analytics.
You can change the name at any time without affecting existing results or reports.
Test Description
Add a short summary explaining the purpose or content of the test. This helps other team members or administrators quickly understand the test’s objective. Optional but recommended for better clarity and documentation.
Test Folder
Assign the test to a folder within your organizational structure to keep your environment tidy and accessible. Group related tests based on subjects, departments, or test types for streamlined management.
Labels
Select or create labels to classify your test with meaningful keywords. Labels make it easier to filter and search your test library—ideal for organizing by topic, difficulty level, language, or creator.
Tags
Attach more granular metadata to your test to support quick filtering and reporting. Tags are especially useful in analytics and bulk operations; for example, use tags like internal, pilot, or 2025Q3.
Favorite
Mark the test as a favorite to make it quicker to find and access. Favorited tests are prominently shown in your dashboard and test listings.
