Monetization

Monetizing your assessments enables you to generate revenue by offering your tests or question packs to individuals and organizations. The Monetization module allows you to manage pricing, inventory, and partnership options in a centralized location.

Products

Under the Tests tab, you can convert assessments into products. This allows you to set pricing, define delivery conditions, and make your content available for purchase. Once published, your tests become available either publicly or via partner access, depending on your settings.

Inventory

The Inventory section provides visibility into the number of available units for each test or question pack. This helps you manage delivery limits and monitor usage.

Partners

You can grant specific organizations the ability to distribute your assessments. By adding a partner, you can define their credit balance and control how many times they can deliver your assessment.

Earnings

Track your income from assessment sales. The Earnings tab provides a detailed log of transactions and balances, helping you keep financial records in order.

Monetization Models

Testinvite is an end-to-end assessment system that covers all the stages of an assessment process including both the assessment creation and remote assessment administration. As an assessment creator, you have multiple options to monetize your work including selling your assessments to end-users as well as to other businesses, institutions, or organizations.

B2C - Business to Consumers

Scenario 1 - Collect the payment by yourself: You can require payment before giving access to a test by manually managing invitation codes. Once you collect payment, you can send users unique invitation codes or email tickets to access the test. This model gives you full control and uses TestInvite as the delivery tool only. You remain fully responsible for payment collection and customer support.

Scenario 2 - Testinvite collects the payment on your behalf: If you become a revenue share partner, TestInvite can collect payments from end-users before they proceed to the assessment. You gain access to a dedicated earnings panel, and TestInvite will transfer your earnings to you based on the partnership terms.

B2B - Business to Business

You can also sell your assessments to other organizations. They can use your test within their own TestInvite accounts without your involvement in their delivery setup.

Scenario 1 - Sell and collect payment yourself: You can receive direct payments from partner organizations, then manually increase their credit balance for your assessments.

Scenario 2 - Selling through the marketplace: As a revenue share partner, you can publish your assessments on the marketplace. Other organizations can discover and buy credits for your assessments, which are then automatically reflected in their accounts for delivery use.

Becoming a Revenue Share Partner

To enable scenarios where TestInvite collects payments, you need to apply to become a revenue share partner. This includes sharing your business details, preferred payment methods, and reviewing the revenue sharing model.

Earnings and Withdrawals

Earnings from monetization are credited to your balance. You can request withdrawals at any time, and TestInvite handles the transfer based on your selected method and partnership terms.

Bottom Line TestInvite is more than an assessment platform — it’s also a monetization ecosystem where creators can build revenue models suited to their audience and goals.

Enabling Product Monetization

TestInvite enables you to monetize your assessment content—whether it's a full test or a curated question pack—by making it available for purchase through the platform. This functionality allows you to offer your content either to the general marketplace or to specific partner organizations.
