Managing your subscription effectively allows you to adapt to your organization’s changing needs. Whether you need additional features, increased storage, or different support options, TestInvite enables you to upgrade or downgrade your subscription at any time.
TestInvite offers several subscription plans, each catering to different levels of assessment needs:

If you find that your current plan no longer meets your requirements, you can upgrade to a higher-tier plan. The upgrade process is seamless and follows these steps:
When upgrading your plan, the system applies prorated charges based on the remaining time in your billing cycle. The additional cost is calculated as follows:
• The cost of your current plan is divided by 12 months to determine a monthly rate.
• The same is done for the new plan.
• The system then calculates the difference based on the remaining months in your billing cycle.
For example:
• If upgrading from Starter ($450/year) to Essential ($948/year) halfway through the year, the prorated charge would be calculated as:
o Starter (Half-Year) = $450 / 2 = $225
o Essential (Half-Year) = $948 / 2 = $474
o Upgrade Cost = $474 - $225 = $249
Once the transaction is completed, the new plan will be active immediately.
• Upgrading your plan does not provide additional free credits beyond what is included in the new plan.
• Any remaining credits from your previous plan will be carried over.
If you no longer require the features of a higher-tier plan, you can downgrade at any time.
• There are no refunds when downgrading.
• Your existing credit balance remains unchanged.
• Some premium features (e.g., advanced security options) may become unavailable after downgrading.
• Your billing cycle remains the same even after an upgrade or downgrade.
• Changes apply immediately, and any additional cost due to an upgrade is charged upon confirmation.
• Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
If you downgrade to a paid plan, your credits remain unaffected.
You can find your subscription renewal date in the Subscription section under Subscription Plan and Credits.
