Efficiently add multiple users to your organization at once by using the Import Users feature. You can choose between two methods: Upload File or Paste or Write Text.
This method allows you to upload a file containing user data in bulk.
1. Navigate to Organization > Users and click the Import User button.
2. In the Import Users window, select Upload File as your method.
3. Choose Insert to add new users.
4. Assign at least one role for the users (e.g., Test Author, Manager, etc.).
5. Select File: Upload a file in CSV or JSON format.
6. Review the user details in the Preview step.
7. Click Save to complete the import.
