Managing Credits

Managing credits effectively ensures uninterrupted access to TestInvite's testing services. This section provides an overview of credit usage, purchasing options, volume discounts, free credit opportunities, and credit tracking features.

Understanding Testing Credits

Testing credits act as the currency within TestInvite, allowing organizations to invite candidates to assessments. Every test session consumes a set amount of credits based on enabled security features.

• Each test session consumes 1 credit by default.
• Additional credits are deducted if extra security measures are activated.
• Credits can be purchased in bulk, with volume discounts available.
• Free credits can be earned by writing reviews on select platforms.

Purchasing Credits

When an organization's free credits are exhausted, additional credits can be purchased through the Credits section in the Subscription Plan and Credits menu. The purchasing process includes the following steps:

1. Navigate to Buy Credit under the Credits section.
2. Enter the number of credits you want to purchase (minimum 500 credits per purchase).
3. Review pricing details, including volume discounts:

• 500 - 4,999 credits: $0.90 per credit
• 5,000 - 19,999 credits: $0.50 per credit
• 20,000 - 99,999 credits: $0.35 per credit
• 100,000+ credits: $0.20 per credit

4. Proceed to billing and payment.

5. Complete the transaction, and the credits will be added to your balance.

Earning Free Credits

Organizations can earn free credits through the Earn Free Credits program by writing reviews about TestInvite. Follow these steps to earn free credits:

1. Go to the Credits section in the Subscription Plan and Credits menu.
2. Click the Write a Review button under the Earn Free Credits section.
3. Select a supported review platform (e.g., Capterra, TrustPilot) and click Next.
4. You will receive a Tracking Code—make sure to copy and save it.
5. Visit the selected review site and write a detailed review.
6. At the end of your review, paste the Tracking Code provided.
7. Submit your review and copy the review URL.
8. Return to TestInvite and submit the review URL for verification.
9. Once your review is approved, free credits will be added to your account.

The more comprehensive the review, the more free credits you can earn.

Understanding Credit Consumption

By default, 1 testing credit is deducted per test session. However, additional credits may be deducted based on enabled features: TABLO EKLENECEK

Organizations can monitor credit usage and transactions through the Credit Balance and Transactions sections.

• Credit Balance: Displays the total number of available credits.
• Transactions: Provides a history of credit purchases and usage.
• Test Credit Balances: Allows monitoring of test-specific credit allocation.
