Credit notifications help organizations stay informed about their available test and system credits, ensuring that they never run out unexpectedly. TestInvite provides two types of credit notifications:
By setting up notifications, you can proactively monitor credit usage and prevent disruptions to your testing processes.
System credit notifications are designed to monitor the organization’s system credit balance. Admins can receive alerts when the total available credits fall below a predefined level.
Steps to Enable System Credit Notifications:
1. Access the Notifications Menu
o Navigate to Subscription Plan and Credits → Credits → Notifications.
o Click on Check System Credits to expand the settings panel.
2. Configure Notification Preferences
o Language: Choose the language in which the notification email should be sent.
o Check Frequency: Select how often the system should check credit balances (e.g., daily, weekly, specific weekdays).
o Condition: Choose when notifications should be sent:
Always: Sends a notification at the selected frequency.
If Below a Threshold: Sends notifications only when the available credits drop below a set limit.
3. Add Notification Recipients
o Click the “+” button to add an email recipient.
o Enter the email address of the person who should receive the notifications.
o Click Save to confirm.
4. Activate the Notification
o Check the Active box to enable notifications.
o Click Save to apply changes.
Once activated, admins will receive alerts based on their selected preferences, helping them keep track of available credits and take timely action if needed.
Test credit notifications allow admins to track credit usage for individual tests. This ensures that specific assessments always have sufficient credits available.
Steps to Enable Test Credit Notifications:
1. Access the Test Credit Notifications Menu
o Navigate to Subscription Plan and Credits → Credits → Notifications.
o Expand the Check Test Credits section.
2. Create a New Notification
o Click the “+” button next to Check Test Credits.

o Choose the test you want to monitor from the dropdown list.
o Click Save to create the notification.
3. Manage Existing Notifications
