Test Settings
Test Settings control how the test behaves. They define navigation, time limits, and rules that affect the overall test experience.
Use Test Settings to define how candidates experience and interact with the test.
Click Test Settings from the left menu to open and configure test settings.
Once opened, you can configure all settings that define how the test behaves.
Exploring Test Settings
- The settings shown below can be accessed individually.
- You can click any title to open and review that setting in detail.
Test Type defines the purpose of the test and how it evaluates candidates. It determines whether the test is used for assessment, interview, or personality analysis.
Navigation defines how candidates move between sections and pages during the test.
Interface and tools settings define which elements are visible and which tools are available during the test.
Time Limit defines how long candidates can spend on the test. It can be set at test, section, and page levels to control timing throughout the test.
Control how questions are numbered across the test. Choose continuous numbering or restart per section, and decide if non-scored questions are included.
Mandatory Questions settings define how the system handles unanswered questions. You can apply different rules at page, section, and test levels to control candidate behavior.
Control how sections, pages, and questions are randomized, and optionally distribute questions across pages.
Control how results are calculated and displayed, either as percentage or raw scores.
Control whether sections contribute equally or with different weights to the final score.
Add and manage resources such as images and content for candidates during the test.
Apply the same scoring rules to all questions at once, ensuring consistency and saving time.
