User Login Controls

Updated 2026/02/24

The sign-in experience can be tailored to your organization by customizing the login page and enabling user self-registration. This section explains how to configure the sign-in page, define a custom URL, and set up options for user self-signup.

Organization Sign-In URL

Each organization is assigned a unique sign-in URL through which defined users log in to the platform.

  • Organization URL: Define a unique and memorable subdomain (e.g., acme).
    • This URL will be used to access the customized login page: https://www.testinvite.com/product/organization/acme
Only users added to your organization can use this URL to log in.

      Customize Sign-In Page

Personalize the login screen by adding a custom message to guide users:

      • Page Text: Add content such as welcome messages, login instructions, or organizational branding.

This text appears on the left side of the login screen and provides helpful context to your users.

        User Self-Signup Options

Control how users can sign up to your organization on their own, without being manually added.

        • Allow users signing-up by themselves: When enabled, anyone with the link can create an account.
          • Require e-mail address while signing-up: Forces users to provide a valid email.
            • Folder: Users who sign up will automatically be placed into the selected folder.
              • Tags: Add tags to categorize or identify users who sign up through this method.
You can create new tags directly from this screen by clicking Add new tag and providing a name and optional value.

                Preview of Login Page

Once set up, visiting your organization’s login page URL will show the customized login experience including the message and branding you provided.

This setup ensures both a user-friendly login experience and control over how users are onboarded into your platform.
