You can add a video clip to your test question by clicking on the video icon (presented by a film symbol) in the question editor toolbar.
You have 3 options to source a video for your question:
You have now sourced the video for your question. Click "Next" to move on to adjusting the video size.
After selecting the video, you can configure the video window size by specifying the width and height.
Should you desire to do so, you can limit test-taker interaction with the video using the following options:
Allow pause: Enables test-takers to pause playback.
Allow navigation: Allows test-takers to move forward and backward within the clip.
Restrict navigation: Prevents test-takers from rewinding or skipping ahead, ensuring they watch in order.
Limit listening count: To limit the number of times that a clip can be played, simply uncheck the "Allow going forward-backward" checkbox and select from the options starting from "Unlimited" to 10 times maximum.
Click Save to insert the video into the question. Once a video is added and saved, it will be displayed inside the question field. Test-takers will see the embedded video as part of the question and can interact with it based on the configured controls.
Yes! The same method used for adding videos to questions can also be applied to answer choices.
Yes, previously added videos can be accessed in the History panel, located below the source settings in the “Add Video” window.
Yes, to add multiple videos to a single question, simply repeat the process of adding a video by clicking on the video icon in the question editor toolbar each time you want to insert a new video. Each video will be embedded separately within the question.
Yes, you can control whether test-takers can pause an uploaded video, navigate backward and forward, and limit the number of times it can be played.
