Efficiently organizing your question bank helps streamline exam creation, ensures questions are easy to retrieve, and enhances your ability to reuse and manage questions based on various criteria.
You can create multiple folders to categorize your questions. Folders provide a basic but effective one-level organization system.
Creating a folder: Folders are created automatically when you assign a name to the folder field while saving a question.
Listing folders: All folders are listed in the folder dropdown in the question bank. Selecting one will filter the questions accordingly.
Setting the default folder: Setting a default folder for a question bank can help users access the questions they need more quickly and easily. By designating a specific folder as the default, the system will automatically load that folder when the user accesses the question bank. This saves time by eliminating the need to manually navigate to the desired folder each time. The default folder can be changed as needed to accommodate different testing scenarios or organizational needs.
Favorite folder: Click the star icon next to a folder to mark it as your favorite. This allows quicker access to frequently used folders.
Tags provide a flexible, multidimensional way of organizing your questions. Each tag is a key-value pair (e.g., difficulty: beginner, topic: algebra).
Adding a tag: Enter a tag name (key) and tag value. Click the ADD button.
Hidden tags: Prefix the tag name with _ to hide it from the tag listings in the question bank UI.
Tag filtering: You can select one or more tag values to filter questions accordingly. Only questions with all selected tag values will be shown.
