Managing a well-structured question bank is crucial for efficient test creation. TestInvite provides tools and methods for categorizing, updating, searching, and exporting questions within the system.

Folders and Tags

  • Questions can be organized into folders for better categorization and retrieval.
    • Tags allow for flexible grouping across different folders, making it easier to locate and reuse specific questions.
      • The favorite folder enables users to quickly access frequently used questions.

        Batch Updating

        • This includes modifying question content, tags, dimensions, and other attributes in a streamlined process.

          Rulesets

          • Rulesets are useful for defining the logic and constraints for organizing and filtering questions.
            • Helps standardize the categorization and ensure consistency in question usage.

              Browsing Questions

Questions can be browsed with various viewing options:

              • Simple view for a clean, minimal display and extended view for detailed question previews.
                • Users can sort questions by different parameters (e.g., date, type, usage).
                  • Filtering options allow users to refine their search using tags, folders, and other attributes.

While letting users control how many questions appear per page for easier navigation, note that page length settings will also define how many questions will be subject to the sorting selections.

                    Exporting Questions

The system allows users to export selected questions in JSON and CSV formats.

Exported questions can be used for external backup, sharing, or integration with other systems.
