Exporting questions
Export your questions in JSON or CSV formats for backup, sharing, or integration with external tools.
Updated 2026/02/23
You can export your question bank to create backups, share question sets, or integrate them with external systems. The export process supports both JSON and CSV formats and allows flexibility in choosing which questions to include.
How to export questions
- Navigate to the Question bank section from the left menu.
- Browse your questions as you desire using listing and sorting options.
- Either manually select the questions to export or directly click the Export icon located below the folder selection dropdown menu.
In the Export Questions panel that appears, you can:
- Export all questions in the bank.
- Export only questions in the selected folder.
- Export only selected questions (if any are selected).
Choose the export format
You can export in:
- JSON file — structured and ideal for re-import or system integration.
- Simple text CSV file — readable and good for spreadsheet editing.
Click the EXPORT button to download your file.
