You can explore your question bank using various flexible options to navigate, sort, and filter your questions effectively.

View modes

Simple view: Presents a clean and minimal layout ideal for quick scanning.

Extended view: Displays detailed information about each question, including metadata and tags.

Sorting options

You can sort questions using various criteria, such as:

  • Date (Newest to Oldest or vice versa)
    • Question text
      • Reporting name
        • Tags

          Note: Sorting only applies to the questions displayed on the current page. To sort a larger list, increase the page length.

          Page length

          You can define how many questions appear per page, with options like 10, 25, 50, 100, 250, or 500. This setting also controls how many questions are included in the current sorting operation.

          Tag filtering

          Use tags to filter the list and quickly access your desired group of questions.

          You can select or deselect tags in bulk, or expand specific tag groups to make targeted selections.

          Displaying results

          Easily navigate between your folders to display only the questions grouped under a specific folder. You can also mark favorite folders for faster access.

          All questions that match your selected folder and tag filters will appear in the list below. If the result set spans multiple pages, use the page buttons at the bottom of the list to navigate between them.
