Your billing details should always be up to date to ensure smooth transactions and uninterrupted service. You can update your billing details through the Billing Info section in the Subscription Plan and Credits menu.
Steps to update your billing details:
1. Navigate to Subscription Plan and Credits > Billing Info
2. Fill in or update the required fields:
o Legal Name: Name registered for billing.
o Email: Email address for billing notifications.
o City & Country: Your business’s location.
o Address: Official billing address.
o Mobile Number: Contact phone number.
o Postal Code: ZIP or postal code.
o Tax Office & Tax Number: If applicable.
3. Click Save to apply changes.
