The Configuration section covers your organization's global settings, your candidate-facing portal, and your user account management. These settings affect how the platform behaves for both your team and your candidates.
Settings
Global settings include your organization's default language, timezone, reply-to email address, and email delivery provider.
Portal
The portal is the candidate-facing website for your organization. Once you set a portal handle, candidates can access your home page and sign-in page at a dedicated URL.
Users
The Users section is where you manage your organization's user repository — both learners (candidates) and teammates (staff). You can create, import, organize, and configure access policies including SSO.
