Report Templates
Choose how score reports are presented: the default template for instant results, the standard template with configurable sections, or a fully custom reporting template matched to your branding.
The report template is the presentation layer of a test's results — it controls how the score report looks and which sections it contains, without affecting how anything is scored. Three levels are available, from zero-setup to fully bespoke.
Default Template
The out-of-the-box report: overall score, per-section results, and dimension breakdowns in the platform's standard layout. Nothing to configure — every test has it from the moment results exist. Right for internal review and low-stakes testing where presentation doesn't matter.
Standard Template
The standard template keeps the platform layout but makes the content configurable: choose which sections appear (scores, dimensions, pass/fail verdict, performance levels, interpretations) and how results are framed. This is the usual choice when reports go to candidates — you decide what they see without designing anything.
Custom Reporting Template
A fully designed report: your layout, branding, wording, and logic. Custom templates can render any result data — scores, dimensions, levels, interpretations, candidate properties — in a document that looks like it came from your organization, suitable for official certificates and client-facing reports.
Choosing
| Need | Template |
|---|---|
| Internal results review only | Default |
| Candidate-facing report, standard look | Standard |
| Branded, official, or client-facing document | Custom |
Templates are presentation only — switching templates never changes scores, pass/fail outcomes, or stored results. You can change the template after sessions have completed and existing results simply render in the new format.
Dimension reports include scored dimensions with their own achieved and total points, alongside associated dimensions. Parent paths aggregate their children — Aptitude sums every Aptitude/… dimension.
