Organization Settings

Organization settings define how the platform behaves globally for your account. These apply as defaults across all assessments and communications unless overridden at a lower level.

Available Settings

  • Language — the default language used for the platform interface and candidate-facing content.
  • Timezone — the default timezone used for scheduling, deadlines, and date display.
  • Reply-To Email Address — the address candidates see when they reply to system-generated emails.
  • Email Provider — choose between the platform's built-in email provider or a custom SMTP provider. When a custom provider is enforced, all outgoing emails use it exclusively.
