Documents

The Documents section collects every downloadable output of a session in one place — the paper trail of the sitting:

• Answer sheet — the candidate's questions and answers as a document, for archiving or offline review.
• Exam statement — the formal record of the sitting.
• Pre-start documents — anything the candidate uploaded or acknowledged at the documents gate before starting.
• Certificate — the certificate earned by this session, where the step grants one.
• User report — the candidate-facing report as configured in the step's Reporting settings.

Which documents exist depends on the step's configuration — a session only has a certificate if the step attaches one, and only has pre-start documents if that gate was enabled. Use this section when you need the official artifacts of a specific sitting: an audit, an appeal, or a records request.
