Reporting
Decide what each audience sees as the step's result: the organiser-facing admin report and the candidate-facing user report, each configured independently.
The step's Reporting section decides what each audience sees when a session completes. Two reports are configured independently: the admin report your team works with, and the user report the candidate receives. The same result can look completely different to the two audiences — full detail internally, a curated summary externally.
The panels below cover each report's options in detail — which template renders it and which components (summary, answer sheet, certification, Q&A paper) are included.
The user report is the candidate's single destination for everything you release: scores, feedback, certificates, and answer reviews. Decide deliberately — for high-stakes exams many organizations show only completion confirmation and deliver verdicts through their own channel; for training, a full answer sheet with explanations turns the report into a learning tool.
The Admin Report is the organiser-facing result generated for each completed session. Configure the reporting template, custom reporting fields, and comparison group to control what appears in the report.
The User Report is the candidate-facing report available after completing a step. Toggle each component independently: summary, answer sheet, certification, and Q&A paper.
