Sent Mails

The task's complete outbound email log — every invitation, notification, and result message sent to candidates, filterable by type and date, with per-message delivery detail and one-click resend.

Sent Mails is the task's complete outbound email log: every message the task has sent to candidates — invitations, automated step notifications, result messages — in one filterable list. When a candidate says “I never got the email”, this is where you answer.

Working the Log

  • Filter — narrow by email type and date, or find a specific message by recipient email, ticket ID, invitation code, or by picking candidates directly.
  • Inspect a message — see the recipient, when it was sent, and what was sent.
  • Resend — send any message again directly from the log, without reconstructing it.

Typical Uses

  • Support: verify a specific candidate's invitation actually went out, and resend it if their inbox lost it.
  • Audit: confirm the whole cohort was invited before an exam window opened.
  • Debugging templates: check what a customized automated email actually rendered for a real recipient.
A delivered email can still land in spam. If a message shows as sent here but the candidate can't find it, have them check spam and add your sending address to their contacts — then resend from the log.
Good to know

Emails are sent from the task editor's Invite menu (on the dashboard's candidates card) in three flavors:

  • Send invitation — the invitation template to a single candidate.
  • Send other — any of the task's other email templates to a single candidate.
  • Send in bulk — one template to many candidates at once, with recipient selection.

Every send is rendered from the task's email templates (see Task Settings > Email Templates) — what you customize there is what candidates receive here. All sends land in this log.
