Credits
Credits are the internal currency used by TestInvite for certain platform features. You purchase credits in advance and they are consumed automatically as you use those features.
What Credits Are Used For
- AI Evaluation — each AI-evaluated response consumes a set number of credits.
- Paid Assessments — when monetization is enabled, credits may be involved in the payment flow.
Managing Credits
You can view your current balance, purchase additional credits, earn free credits, and review a full history of all credit transactions from the Credits page.
Your credit balance is the net number of credits currently available to your organization. It is calculated as total credits purchased (or earned) minus credits consumed.
The current balance is displayed prominently at the top of the Credits page. Credits are consumed automatically as you use features that require them — you do not need to manually allocate them.
What Affects Your Balance
- Increases balance: purchasing credits, earning free credits.
- Decreases balance: AI evaluation of candidate responses, and other credit-consuming operations.
You can purchase additional credits at any time from the Credits page. Credits are available in packages — larger packages offer a lower cost per credit.
How to Purchase
- Go to Organization → Billing → Credits.
- Review the pricing table to find the package that suits your needs.
- Select a quantity and click Buy Credits.
- Complete the payment. Credits are added to your balance immediately upon successful payment.
The transaction history gives you a full audit trail of all credit movements in your organization — every purchase, consumption, and free credit earned.
What You Can See
- Date and time of each transaction.
- Transaction type (purchase, consumption, free credits, adjustment).
- The number of credits added or deducted.
- The running balance after each transaction.
Transaction history is available in Organization → Billing → Credits.
In addition to purchasing credits, you can earn free credits through certain actions or promotions. Earned credits are added to your balance in the same way as purchased credits.
The option to earn free credits is available from the Credits page. Check there for any currently available methods.
