Pages & Experience
Everything candidates see around the assessment — the front page, login page, and assessment page — plus the task-wide language, branding, and translation settings that frame them all.
Pages & Experience configures everything candidates see around the assessment itself. It covers three pages — the public front page, the login page where candidates authenticate, and the assessment page that hosts their workspace — and three task-wide presentation settings that frame them: language, branding, and translation settings.
- Front Page — an optional public landing page for the task, with its own URL you can share or link from your site.
- Login Page — where candidates enter; every task has one, and its look and messaging are editable.
- Assessment Page — the page that wraps the candidate's workspace once inside: hero image, heading, and task instructions.
- Language — the language of the candidate-facing interface for this task.
- Branding — logo, background, and footer identity applied across all of the task's candidate pages.
- Translation Settings — whether and how candidates can view the task in other languages.
Each page row in the editor shows its live URL with copy and view buttons — preview exactly what candidates will see before sharing anything.
Branding and language set the tone before a candidate reads a single question — review the login page in a private browser window as part of preparing any high-stakes task.
The front page is the task's public landing page — the marketing face of your assessment. Use it to present what the assessment is, who it's for, and why to take it, before the candidate commits to registering or logging in.
- Edit the content with the rich page editor; the page carries your branding.
- The row shows the page's public URL — copy it for campaigns or view it as a visitor would.
- It pairs naturally with self-registration: share one link publicly, let the front page convert visitors into candidates.
If you don't need a landing page — e.g. pre-registered candidates arriving via email — share the login page URL directly instead.
The login page is the task's front door — where candidates authenticate (or self-register, depending on the access method) and enter their assessment workspace. Its URL is the link you share in invitations, embed in your site, or copy from the task dashboard.
- Customize the page's content and appearance with the editor — welcome text, instructions, and your branding.
- What the page asks for follows the access method: a registration form for self-registration, credential entry for pre-registered candidates, organization sign-in for internal users.
- Copy or preview the live URL directly from the row — always check it in a private browser window to see the true candidate view.
The assessment page wraps the candidate's workspace once they're inside the task — a hero image, a heading with title and subtitle, and rich-text instructions that stay available throughout the assessment.
Task branding controls the logo, background, and footer shown across all of the task's candidate pages — overriding organization defaults so each task can carry its own visual identity.
The task's language sets the candidate-facing interface language, and translation settings optionally let candidates view everything — even test content — in other languages via Google Translate.
