Session Details

The forensic view of one session: overview facts (timing, attempts, device, IP, pre-start gates), the complete event log timeline, and the monitoring recordings tab.

Updated 2026/07/13

Session Details is the forensic view of one session — not what the candidate scored (that's Results), but how the session actually happened. When a candidate disputes a result, claims a technical failure, or a proctoring question needs answering, this is where the evidence lives.

Overview

The session's hard facts: timing (created, started, completed, duration), attempt information, the candidate's device and browser, their IP address, and the pre-start gates they passed — including acknowledgments recorded at the documents and notice gates.

Event Log Timeline

The chronological record of everything the session produced: start, answer saves, page navigation, timer events, finish — plus integrity events (lockdown violations, paste attempts, kick-outs), device events (webcam or screen-share interruptions and recoveries), and connection issues. The log is filterable by severity, so you can skim warnings and errors or reconstruct the full play-by-play. “The system lost my answers” is answered here in seconds: the save receipts either exist or they don't.

Monitoring Recordings

The captured proctoring material — webcam photos or video and screen recordings — on the session's timeline. For the full integrity review workflow (AI findings, approve/decline, verdicts, finalization), open the session's proctoring review; see the Proctoring chapter.
