Your subscription plan determines which features are available to your organization, the limits on users and assessments, and the billing cycle.

Plan Details

Plan Type — Free, Standard, Professional, Enterprise, or Legacy.
Start Date — when your current plan period began.
End Date — when your current plan period ends. Shown as — for plans with no fixed end.
Status — the current state of your subscription (e.g. Active, Cancelled, Expired).
Auto-Renew — whether your plan renews automatically at the end of the period.

To upgrade or change your plan, go to Organization → Billing → Plan.
