General Settings
Organization-wide defaults — language, timezone, reply-to email, and delivery provider — plus the audit trail of who changed what.
These are the settings that apply across your whole organization by default — not tied to any one test, task, or user.
Organization settings define how the platform behaves globally for your account. These apply as defaults across all assessments and communications unless overridden at a lower level.
Available Settings
- Language — the default language used for the platform interface and candidate-facing content.
- Timezone — the default timezone used for scheduling, deadlines, and date display.
- Reply-To Email Address — the address candidates see when they reply to system-generated emails.
- Email Provider — choose between the platform's built-in email provider or a custom SMTP provider. When a custom provider is enforced, all outgoing emails use it exclusively.
The Activity log is your organization's administrative audit trail: a chronological record of configuration actions — who did what, when, and with what outcome. Where session logs answer questions about candidates, the activity log answers questions about your own team's changes.
- Each entry records the action kind, the actor (who), the date, the severity level, and the outcome.
- Open an entry's detail to inspect its payload — including before / after values for changes, so you can see exactly what a settings edit modified.
- Search and filter the table to trace a specific change or a specific teammate's actions.
Use it for accountability in shared organizations (“who changed the branding?”), for troubleshooting (“what changed right before the problem started?”), and for compliance reviews of administrative access.
