Results Explorer

Results Explorer is a single filterable table of every completed test session across your organization — one row per candidate result, searchable by name, group, label, or tag, regardless of which task or test it came from.

Test Analytics and Question Analytics answer questions about a test or a question. Results Explorer answers questions about people: it's a single table listing every completed test session across your whole organization, one row per candidate result, regardless of which task or test produced it. Use it when you're looking for a specific candidate's result rather than aggregate statistics.

Columns

Choose which columns are visible from the column picker — your selection is remembered for next time. Available columns: Candidate (name, email, credential), Task, Test, Group, Labels, Tags, Completed At (or a status chip if the session isn't finished), Score, and Answered (questions answered out of total).

Filters and Search

  • Task and Test — multi-select, narrow to specific tasks or tests.
  • Date range — filters on when the session was created.
  • Find by — a single search box matching candidate name, email, credential, group, label, or tag — the fastest way to jump straight to one person's result without knowing which task they took.

Score Breakdown

For results from a test with sections or dimensions, a breakdown icon opens a popup showing the overall score plus a bar per section and per dimension — a quick look at where a candidate's score came from without leaving the table.

External Test Results

A result is flagged as external when the test it belongs to isn't owned by your organization — typically a marketplace test. It's still a normal result from a normal session; the flag just tells you the test's content lives outside your own bank.

Exporting

Export the selected rows, or everything on the current page, to CSV — choose your delimiter (tab, comma, or semicolon) to match your spreadsheet locale. Export covers what's currently loaded on screen, not the entire filtered result set across all pages — narrow your filters first if you need a complete export.

Results Explorer reads from the same synced data as the rest of Analytics, not live — check the freshness hint next to the page title if you need to know exactly how current the numbers are.
