Navigating Test Sessions
The sessions table lists every test session of the task — live-updating as candidates work — with per-column customization across candidate, reporting, integrity, monitoring, and device data, plus filters to find any session fast.
The Test Sessions screen is built around one table: every session the task has produced, one row per sitting. It updates as candidates work — a banner appears when new sessions start while you're viewing — and everything else in this chapter (results, details, actions, exports) starts from a row here.
Session Statuses
- Started — the candidate is in the exam right now (or abandoned it without finishing).
- Complete — the session ended; its result exists (though open-ended answers may still await evaluation).
- Resetup — the session was reinstated by an admin and is waiting for the candidate to re-enter.
Finding Sessions
Search by candidate full name, candidate ID, or test session ID, or pick candidates directly. A dedicated proctoring filter narrows the list to sessions with recordings or findings worth reviewing. Filters combine, so “complete sessions of this step with AI findings” is a two-click view.
Choosing Columns
The columns menu groups every available column by what it describes — pick the view that matches the job at hand:
- Candidate — identity fields.
- Session — status, step, timing.
- Reporting — scores, including per-step score columns.
- Integrity — the AI Analysis status and finding counts.
- Monitoring — counts of captured photos, videos, screenshots, and screen recordings, plus a first-photo thumbnail.
- Device — what hardware and browser the candidate used.
- Custom properties — any candidate properties the task defines.
Set up a column view per job — scores-only for results day, integrity + monitoring for review day — instead of one crowded table trying to do both.
