Tasks Test Sessions

Exporting Sessions

The export manager turns the task's sessions into a downloadable dataset — three report types (full, Q&A, Q&A matrix), a column picker down to per-question detail, CSV or HTML output, and saved column selections for repeat exports.

The export manager turns the task's sessions into a downloadable dataset — for spreadsheets, statistics tools, or handing results to another system. Open it from the sessions table; a quick detailed export is also available directly for the default layout.

Report Types

Exports run per test (pick which test's sessions to include when the task has several steps), in one of three shapes:

  • Full report — one row per session: candidate, scores, section and page scores, dimensions, timing.
  • Q&A report — one row per question per session: what was asked, what was answered, what it scored.
  • Q&A matrix report — sessions as rows and questions as columns — the shape statistics tools expect for item analysis.

Choosing the Data

A column picker controls exactly what lands in the file — candidate fields, section and page scores, dimensions, and per-question detail. For question columns you choose the identifier (question ID, name, or text) and the value (the answer text, its effective score, or collected points). Column selections can be saved by name and reapplied, so a monthly export is a two-click repeat rather than a rebuild — saving over an existing name asks whether to overwrite or create new.

Output

Download as CSV (with a configurable separator — match your spreadsheet locale) or HTML. Tests with custom reporting configured can export those custom-report values too.
