Branding

Task branding controls the logo, background, and footer shown across all of the task's candidate pages — overriding organization defaults so each task can carry its own visual identity.

Branding is set per task and applies to every candidate-facing page of that task — front page, login page, and assessment page alike. It has three parts: logo, background, and footer, with a live preview as you edit.

Logo

Choose which logo appears on the task's pages: the TestInvite logo, your organization's logo (as uploaded in Organization > Identity > Branding), a custom logo uploaded just for this task, or no logo at all. A maximum height setting controls how large it renders. If you select the organization logo but none has been uploaded yet, the editor warns you.

Background

The page background can be a solid color or an image. Image backgrounds come with fine-grained controls:

  • Scroll continuation color — the color that takes over where the image ends as the page scrolls.
  • Gradient — blend the image into a target color at a chosen stop point.
  • Behaviour — whether the image scrolls with the page or stays fixed.
  • Size — auto, cover, or contain.

The editor states minimum, recommended, and maximum image dimensions — follow the recommended size to avoid blur on large screens without slowing the page down.

Footer

The footer can carry your contact and social links — website, LinkedIn, X, email, and phone — rendered from a footer template with light and dark variants, plus a configurable footer color for the dark option. Candidates see these links on every page of the task.
