Assessment Page

The assessment page is what candidates see once they're inside the task — it hosts their workspace, listing the steps to take and the results of what they've completed. Its editor has three parts: the hero image, the heading, and the instructions.

Hero Image

The hero is the visual banner at the top of the page. Two layouts are available: Card (the image sits inside a contained card) and Full hero (the image spans the full width). Height comes in four presets — Small (160px), Medium (260px), Large (400px), or Viewport — and the editor shows the recommended image dimensions for whichever height is selected.

• Show heading on hero — overlays the title and subtitle directly on the image instead of below it.
• Overlay — a color layer with adjustable opacity placed over the image, useful for keeping overlaid text readable.
• Copy hero from — reuse the hero already configured on the task's front or login page instead of uploading again, keeping all candidate pages visually consistent.

Heading

A title and subtitle displayed at the top of the workspace, with left, center, or right alignment. This is typically the assessment's name and a one-line orientation for the candidate.

Instructions

A rich-text content area — formatting, images, links — shown to candidates on the assessment page. Use it for guidance that applies to the whole task: what the steps are, how long things take, who to contact for help. For instructions specific to a single step, use the step's own Instruction content instead (see Step Contents).
