Manager is a teammate role with near-full administrative access across the organization — the main exception being that only the Super Admin can create teammate accounts and assign roles.

Manager is the closest a teammate can get to Super Admin access. Managers can work across the whole organization — questions, tests, tasks, candidates, and most organization settings.

The main exception: only the Super Admin can create new teammate accounts and assign roles to them. A Manager cannot add teammates or change anyone's role.
