Question Bank

Question Administration

The lifecycle actions that create, duplicate, bulk-edit, and move questions in and out of the bank — one at a time, or by the thousand.

Updated 2026/07/25

Beyond writing a question once, the bank supports acting on questions at scale — creating them, duplicating them, editing many at once, and moving them in or out of TestInvite entirely.

  • Creating Questions — add a new question to the bank, one at a time, from any of the 11 question types.
  • Cloning Questions — duplicate one or several existing questions instead of building similar ones from scratch.
  • Bulk Updating Questions — change folder, tags, labels, dimensions, or other metadata across many questions at once instead of editing them individually.
  • Importing Questions — bring questions in from templates, AI generation, a JSON restore, or a custom parser.
  • Exporting Questions — pull questions out as JSON or CSV for backup, migration, or reporting.
  • Question Submissions — a moderated inbox where external contributors propose questions for a supervisor to review before they enter the live bank.
