Candidates access their assessments by signing in through your organization's portal sign-in page using the credentials that were created for them in the user repository.
How Candidates Sign In
- The candidate visits your portal sign-in URL.
- They enter their username and password.
- After authentication, they are taken to their assessment list and can begin any assigned assessment.
SSO Sign-In
If your organization has SSO configured, candidates whose email domain matches the SSO configuration are redirected to your identity provider to authenticate instead of entering a password directly.
