Before candidates can access your organization's portal, you must configure a portal handle. The handle is a short unique identifier that forms part of your portal URL.
Setting Your Portal Handle
Go to Organization → Configuration → Portal and click the edit icon to open the portal settings. Enter a handle (e.g. acme-corp) — once set, your portal becomes available at:
- Home page:
testinvite.com/portal/{handle} - Sign-in page:
testinvite.com/portal/{handle}/sign-in
Without a portal handle, users cannot be assigned to assessments and candidates have no sign-in page to access.
