Creating & Importing Users
Published 2026/07/09
Users can be added to your organization individually or in bulk. Both methods create entries in the user repository with a username, password, and role assignment.
Creating a Single User
Click Create in the user repository to open the user creation form. Fill in the username, email, display name, role, and optionally a folder or group. The user is added immediately and can sign in to the portal right away.
Importing Users in Bulk
Click Import to open the bulk import dialog. Provide a CSV or JSON file with user data. You can map columns to fields and preview the import before confirming.
Organizing Users
- Folders — group users into named folders for easier navigation.
- Groups — assign users to a group for filtering and reporting.
- Labels — add one or more labels to users for flexible tagging.
- Favorites — mark frequently accessed users as favorites.
