Status
Status moves a question through Draft (in progress), Review (submitted for quality check), and Ready (approved for use in tests) — a manual, informational workflow, not a gate on whether the question can be used.
Status tracks a question's readiness through a simple workflow:
- Draft — the question is work in progress and not yet ready for use in tests
- Review — the question has been submitted for quality review
- Ready — the question is approved and can be included in tests
Setting and Filtering Status
Status is set manually on each question — there's no automatic transition between states. Use the Status filter in the navigator to monitor which questions need attention at any point in your review workflow, such as finding every Draft question before a test freeze, or every Review question waiting on a Supervisor.
Status is informational only — a Draft question can still be added to a test. Use it to track your team's review process, not to gate which questions are usable.
