Folder

A folder is a question's single, hierarchical home — where tags and labels are attributes a question can carry many of, every question belongs to exactly one folder. Folders nest into sub-folders to any depth (e.g. "Math/Algebra/Quadratics"), so you get a tree structure rather than a flat set of categories.

Sub-folders

The navigator's folder picker displays the full tree with expand/collapse controls and a question count next to each folder, so you can see at a glance how large each area of your bank is.

Creating Folders

Folders are created on the fly the first time you assign a question to a new folder path — there's no separate "create folder" step. If your organization uses a Schema, folders can instead be defined in advance and enforced as a fixed list.

Favorite Folder

You can mark a folder as your favorite so it opens automatically every time you visit the Question Bank — useful if you work mostly within one area of a large, shared library.

Favorite folder is a per-user preference, not an organization setting — each teammate can pin a different folder as their own default.
