Administering customized talent assessments will require you to buy credits. How many credits you need depend on the configuration of the assessment and the number of candidates that go through the assessment.
You can buy credits whenever you need. The more credits you buy at once, the greater is the discount.

Every assessment can include one or many tests. You are offered a test library so that you can easly add up to 5 tests per assessment. Optionally, you can also create and add your own custom tests. Candidates will go through all the tests that you added into your assessment.
When the testing process is not secured, candidates can easily cheat and that may lead you to make a bad hire. To prevent this, we offer 4 levels of security.

Once your assessment is ready, you will start inviting candidates. All the candidates can go through all the tests that you have included into your assessment.

- For each candidate you will be charged by {{ format(creditsPerCandidate) }} credits.

However you can pay less per credit if you buy more credits.
For example, when you buy more than 10.000 credits at once, your unit credit cost will be $0.20 and your cost per candidate will go down to ${{format(0.20 * creditsPerCandidate)}}.
How much 1 credit costs depends on how many credits you buy. The more credits you buy at once, the less you pay per credit. Please see below the credit packages. You can update your unit credit cost according to your selection and your forecasted costs will automatically updated.
