How the Turkish Golf Federation structured and secured its online examination process

The Challenge

The Turkish Golf Federation needed a reliable platform for administering selected examinations online.

The assessment process required more than a simple collection of multiple-choice questions. Different parts of the examination measured different types of knowledge and needed to be organized into clearly separated sections.

The federation also needed to ensure that:

• Candidates completed the examination within a predefined access period.
• Different question formats could be included in the same test.
• Online examination conditions remained controlled.
• Attempts to leave the examination environment could be detected.
• Candidate activity could be reviewed when necessary.
• Examination content, participation, and results could be managed centrally.

Because the exams were being administered remotely, maintaining assessment integrity was also an important requirement.

The Solution

Following an initial requirements discussion, the Turkish Golf Federation created a structured online examination workflow using TestInvite.

The examination was divided into separate sections according to the type of content being assessed.

Multi-section test structure

The assessment included dedicated sections for:

• On-course knowledge and scenario-based content

Lockdown Mode

The federation could manage test sections, pages, security settings, availability rules, candidate sessions, and results from the same platform.

This reduced the need to coordinate different parts of the examination through separate tools and created a more manageable administrative workflow.
