Folder name is required while moving questions to another folder in the Question Bank
The folder name became required so that the question bank folder indexes stay consistent
You can select multiple questions in the question bank and move them all into another folder, whether the target folder exists or not. For this operation to become successful, the target folder name is required.
Prior to the version 8.4.33, the user-interface was allowing the user not to enter a folder name, which was causing inconsistencies in the question bank folder indexes. With the release of 8.4.33, writing a valid folder name became required.
